Taste Profile: Rosso has a vibrant, ruby-red color. It is rich and meaty on the nose—with inviting aromas of ripe berries and forest fruits. The flavors are savory, exhibiting cherry flavors with subtle notes of tomato, dominated by earthy violets and tart cherries followed by notes of oregano, cedar, leather, and a hint of tobacco. Delightful and elegant, the wine features flavors of spice, dark chocolate, berry and grilled meats.it is relatively robust with excellent body and an extremely balanced structure.
Beyond Sue Bella Rosa’s incredibly supple palate and easy-drinking style, it offers an exceptionally smooth and lingering dry finish.
Pairs with: Dark cherry and notes of smoke dominate the flavors, allowing this wine to pair nicely with rich meats braised in tomato sauce. it’s also a perfect choice for rich, creamy pasta dishes, stuffed roasted game hens, barbecued chorizo or sausages and it pairs perfectly with rich steaks and black pepper.
