In the natural reserve Vega del Duero-Riberas de Castronuno, a land that for more than a thousand years has been an Africa/Europe seasonal migration route flyway, lies Bodega Copaboca. The vineyards and winery are near the Duero River  near Torrecilla de la Abadesa, Spain. This land is part of the Spanish classification system for wines known as the Denomicación de Origen (DO) Rueda. Bodegas Copaboca practices natural winemaking, and their viticulture respects wildlife and environmental protection policies. Due to their location and the sustainable viticulture practices, their wines are certified Green Wines or Marco Natural. Although they are committed with environmental protection, they also support the economic wealth of the area.

Ennius wines are considered frizzante. In Italian frizzante refers to a semi-sparkling wine. Ennius Frizzante is not a sparkling wine but it does have a little natural carbonic action which can occur with a second fermentation— it is a natural way of getting some miniature but barely noticeable bubbles. Frizzante semi-sparkling wines are low-proof alcoholic wines (between 5% and 10%), easy to drink, perfect to share with friends, to relax at home at the end of a busy day and they are worldwide popular between women and young people.

Ennius are three semi-sparkling wines from Castilla y León elaborated with verdejo grape and tempranillo or Tinta de Toro grapes (Tempranillo from Zamora).
